Wir werden zum Wiederholungstäter: Nachdem unser Escape-Room-Event im Jahr 2019 so eine große Nachfrage erlangt hatte und frühzeitig ausverkauft war, möchten wir nun allen Rätselfans eine weitere Möglichkeit geben, dem Täter auf die Spur zu kommen.
Knifflige Story für alle Rätsel-Fans: Spurensuche im MöbelhausEin Serienmörder hält die Krefelder Polizei in Atem. Alles spricht für einen neuen Mord, der von dem Serienmörder bereits geplant und in naher Zukunft ausgeführt werden soll. Jetzt sind Sie dran: Sie unterstützen als erfahrenes Sonderermittlerteam die Krefelder Polizei bei der Spurensuche im Einrichtungshaus K.N.A.S.T. Krefeld. Und das ist gar nicht so einfach: Wo soll man anfangen nach Spuren zu suchen - an einem vollen Samstag zwischen all den Kunden, Einkaufskörben und Möbeln? Wo versteckt sich der Täter und was hat er geplant? 60 Minuten bleiben Ihnen, dem Täter auf die Spur zu kommen und ihn außer Gefecht zu setzen. Sind Sie schneller als der Täter? Können Sie ihn rechtzeitig aufhalten? Die Uhr tickt bedingungslos, die Zeit rennt Ihnen davon ....

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
