Mahout stammen aus Pinerolo – Italiens heimlicher Reggae-Hauptstadt – und mischen in ihrem Sound Jamaican Reggae mit verschiedensten Einflüssen von Funk über Garage-Rock bis zu kalifornischen Punk-Ska.
Im Juli 2015 erschien die erste EP “Streetwise Demo” mit vier Songs. Das erste Full Length-Album ist mittlerweile fertig aufgenommen und produziert – inklusive einer Kooperation mit dem schottischen Reggae-Star Soom T. Die Veröffentlichung lässt aktuell Corona-bedingt noch auf sich warten.
In ihrer Heimat ist die Band längst keine Unbekannte mehr. Neben zahlreichen Club- und Festivalshows spielte sie u.a. im Vorprogramm des großen Lee “Scratch” Perry.
Im September 2018 und Sommer 2019 waren Mahout erstmals für eine Reihe von Shows in Deutschland, weitere Auftritte 2020 und 2021 fielen aus den bekannten Gründen ins Wasser. Aber wo auch immer die Jungs auftraten, waren die Rückmeldungen großartig: das Publikum ist abgegangen und die Veranstalter waren tatsächlich sprachlos und wurden direkt zu Fans!

Live-Konzerte im Woid - im Sommer treten Bands auf 5 verschiedenen Open Air Bühnen auf... am Badesee des Adventure Camp Schnitzmühle (Viechtach), auf der Burgruine Runding, am Steinhof in Zell (Roding), am Drachensee bei Furth im Wald und auf dem Vorplatz beim Alten Spital in Viechtach
Sobald es draußen zu kühl wird, gibt es Konzerte im Alten Spital Viechtach und im Bahnhof Kötzting.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
