Ensemble LUX:NM
Komponieren in Echtzeit. Welche Klänge sind auf einem Saxophon möglich? Wie findet man seine eigene musikalische Sprache? Und warum komponiert man?Während der beiden Klangwerkstattwochenenden veranstalten die beiden Komponist*innen Gordon Kampe und Elnaz Seyedi zusammen mit dem Ensemble LUX:NM einen ganz besonderen Kompositionsworkshop. Jugendliche zwischen 12 und 18 Jahren werden hier beim Schreiben ihrer eigenen Stücke von den Profis begleitet und können vor Ort ihre Ideen hörbar machen: Die Musiker*innen von LUX:NM sind während des Workshops anwesend, stellen ihre Instrumente vor und arbeiten mit den Teilnehmenden an instrumentalen Details.
Im Abschlusskonzert präsentiert das Ensemble die Ergebnisse und die Jugendlichen berichten von ihrer Arbeit. Ebenso kommen die Workshopleiter*innen Elnaz Seyedi und Gordon Kampe musikalisch zu Gehör.

Die Klangwerkstatt Berlin 2022 hat das Thema Schönheit. Die Frage nach Schönheit ist nicht nur legitim, sondern geradezu zwingend in einer Zeit des Krieges, der Klimakrise und der daraus resultierenden globalen Verwerfungen. Denn Schönheit und Wahrhaftigkeit bedingen einander. Schönheit kann uns – im Wortsinn – ergreifen. Sie lässt uns das Unbekannte im Gewohnten entdecken. Damit ist sie ein Akt der Selbstermächtigung und der Freiheit. Schönheit betrifft den Menschen ganz. Das Programm präsentiert 20 Konzerte, Performances, Musiktheater, Familienkonzerte, Kinder- und Jugendensembles, Mittagsmusiken mit Imbiss und einen langen Filmabend.
