Die wunderbare Nessi Gomes kommt zu uns nach Stuttgart.
Wir freuen uns sehr, mit Ihr und ihrem deepen Prayer, das Konzert vom letzten November 2020 in der Sängerhalle nachzuholen.
Ein intimes Nachmittagskonzert zum genießen, träumen und um das Herz aufzuladen.

ÜBER NESSI GOMES
Die britisch-portugiesische Musikerin Nessi Gomes, Gewinnerin des Best of British Unsigned Female 2016, ist eine Komponistin und Lyrikerin von seltener Erfindungsgabe und Schönheit. Die auf der winzigen Insel Guernsey geborene Gomes vereint Einflüsse von beiden Seiten ihrer ethnischen Zugehörigkeit, indem sie die Essenz der traditionellen, emotionalen und "überlebensgroßen" Fado-Folkmusik mit zeitgenössischer britischer Inspiration vermischt.
Ihr Debütalbum Diamonds & Demons enthält eine Reihe detailliert ausgearbeiteter, eindringlich atmosphärischer und üppig texturierter Avant-Balladen. Eine authentische und von Herzen kommende Suche nach Licht, Tiefe, Hoffnung und Wahrheit. In den letzten 4 Jahren hat sie in 30 Ländern gespielt, darunter große Festivals in Europa, eine Tournee durch Nordamerika und Australien.
Nessis Wunsch ist es, das Publikum zutiefst zu berühren und zu erschüttern, etwas in ihm zu bewegen und zu verschieben, über das Unbequeme zu sprechen, damit es vergehen kann, und die menschliche Erfahrung in ihrem vollsten Ausdruck darzustellen und zu singen.
