Die Nierenenergie gilt in der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin als die Grundenergie unseres Lebens: Sie ist der Sitz der Urkraft, der Willensstärke, Kreativität, Libido und Fortpflanzung. Sie stärkt und wärmt den Rücken, gibt den Knochen und dem Haar ihre Kraft und steht zudem mit den Funktionen des Gehirns in direkter Verbindung. Außerdem reguliert sie den Wasser- und Mineral- haushalt sowie die Ausscheidungsfunktionen des Körpers.
Typische Beschwerden bei geschwächter Nierenenergie:
- Müdigkeit, Kraftlosigkeit, Willensschwäche Konzentrationsschwäche, Vergesslichkeit, Rückenschmerzen, Kältegefühle im unteren Rücken, frühzeitig ergrautes Haar oder Haarausfall
- Tinitus Libidoschwäche häufiges Wasserlassen, (esonders in der Nacht) wackelige Zähne
- Erkrankungen der Knochen, Arthrose oder angeborene Deformität
- AngstzuständeMit dem Nieren Qigong werden die Nieren gestärkt, dies führt zu mehr Lebensenergie, Lebensfreude und die oben genannten Beschwerden werden gelindert. Sehr effektiv ist das Nieren Qigong auch nach schweren Krankheiten für die Regeneration und auch bei Angststörungen.
Kursinhalt: Dieser Kurs vermittelt die einzelnen Übungen des Nieren Qigong und die drei Regulationsübungen, Körper, Atem und Geist Regulation.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
