OUISHARE SUMMIT #10 MUNICH
Description
After 9 successful summits, it's now time for a Jubilee edition: OuiShare Summit #10 hosted by the Munich community from 14. - 17.9.2017 at Wartaweil, Ammersee.
The Full Summit Pass is 200€ and covers 3 nights (14.-17.09.) including food at the location (breakfast, lunch, dinner at the core days and breakfast at departure day) and drinks (soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, wine). For further details,see the cost planning here. Additionally there is a 4€ payment handling fee, plus 3,83€ platform fee.

Important Arrival Information:
Please make sure to arrive at Wartaweil on the 14.9. at 3pm, because we are then leaving for the Inspiration Hike (don't worry, it is not a heavy hike, no special equipment needed). You want to know more about this crazy idea? Here you find the flyer.
It doesn't matter which travel option you chose (train, airplane, car,..) it is relatively easy to get there. We will provide further arrival information to you soon. Just plan about 1h from Munich Centre / 1h30 from Munich Airport. For arrival plans check mvv-muenchen.de or use google maps.
Important Information on the Oktoberfest:
On the 18.9. there is a reservation at Oktoberfest for us. Please register below, if you want to join this. We have to plan attendance, because there is a minimum amount of beer and "hendl" we have to consume. Fran is taking care of the vouchers and will come back to you after registration. Attention: Accommodation during Oktoberfest should be booked a bit in advance because of high demand.

OuiShare Summits are where our international community meets twice a year to develop our organization and shared vision together, set strategic goals, kick-start new projects and build relationships between our distributed team of Connectors and members. It's also a great way for new people who would like to get involved in OuiShare to meet the most active members of the community and get a glimpse of how OuiShare works.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
