Welcome to Glasgärten, the first and only terrarium design workshop
in Cologne.The workshop will take place at Kunstbruder, a cosy gallery
on Roonstrasse. This workshop will be led in English but please note I do
speak advanced level German and will happily speak both languages if you
have any questions throughout! We'll obviously do it in German if you're all German (we're playing this by ear!)
In our workshop you learn how a terrarium works, how these self-contained ecosystems survive and how you can maintain them. Who knew fun and education went hand in hand? The workshop will kick off with a short introduction explaining the history and science behind the terrarium. Then we dive straight in and, with all of the provided materials, you can create your very own garden under glass. We'll let you know exactly how to make it as pretty as a picture, and afterwards you can take your beautiful work (1-litre bottle) home with you. Everything for this 70-90 minute workshop is included in the price. We just need your gorgeous face and we're ready to roll! Please arrive 10 minutes earlier - terrariums wait for nobody.We can't wait to meet you - let's get our hands dirty!

Kleiner Hinweis: Dieser Workshop wird hauptsächlich auf englisch gehalten. Aber lasst euch davon nicht abschrecken. Ich bin Fortgeschrittener Deutschsprecher. Solltest du irgendwelche Fragen haben, können wir natürlich auch auf Deutsch reden/quatschen/schwatzen/schnacken! Welch ein multikulturelles Erlebnis! Wenn ihr alle Deutsche seid, werden wir natürlich diese wunderbare Sprache sprechen.
Willkommen bei den Glasgärten, der erste und einzige Terrarium-Design-Workshop Kölns.
Der Workshop findet im Kunstbruder statt, einer gemütlichen Kunstgalerie in der Roonstrasse.
In unserem Workshop lernst du, wie ein Terrarium funktioniert, wie dies in sich geschlossene Ökosystem alleine so gut überleben und wie du sie pflegen kannst.Der Workshop beginnt mit einer kurzen Einführung, die die Geschichte und Wissenschaft hinter dem Terrarium erklärt.Dann tauchen wir direkt in die Gestaltung ein. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Materialen kannst du deinen eigenen Glasgarten erschaffen. Dein wunderschönes Werk (1-Liter-Flasche) kannst du direkt mit nach Hause nehmen. Das alles ist im Preis inklusive. Der Workshop dauert zwischen 70-90 Minuten. Bitte kommt 10 Minuten früher an! Terrarien warten auf niemanden!Wir können es kaum erwarten, euch zu treffen und um uns gemeinsam die Hände schmutzig zu machen!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
