Wollten Sie schon immer wissen was Hypnose bzw. Selbsthypnose ist, und wie es sich einsetzen lässt?
In diesem Workshop werden Sie genau das Lernen. Wie lassen sich Schmerzen und Ängste reduzieren, was gibt es für Möglichkeiten Gewohnheiten zu Formen und Ziele zu erreichen?
Was Sie genau lernen werden:
- Eine eindeutige Definition: Was ist Hypnose?
- Was sind die größten Mythen der Hypnose?
- Wofür lässt sich Hypnose und Selbsthypnose einsetzen?
- Was ist der richtige “Rahmen” um Selbsthypnose einzusetzen?
- Wie genau hypnotisiere ich mich selbst?
Ab 18.00 ist Einlass, hier gibt es die Möglichkeit die Gruppe Kennenzulernen,
Start des offiziellen Workshops ist um 18.30.
Um sich selbst hypnotisieren zu können ist es notwendig, dass man sich zunächst selbst hypnotisieren lässt - dies ist daher im Rahmen einer Gruppen-Hypnose ein Teil des Trainings.
Der zeitliche Plan ist:
20 Minuten Kennenlernen und Einführung
30 Minuten Anwendungsgebiete und Hintergrund
40 Minuten Anwendungen und Übungen
Dieser Plan ist flexibel und wird natürlich bei jedem Workshop der Gruppe angepasst. Die Informationen werden außerdem danach durch ein Handout zur Verfügung gestellt.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
